Summary
The SendCorr Agent, which uses the 'Data-Corr.OnSend' Activity, sends out exactly three emails; when it should be sending out only one email.
This situation is accompanied by a Lock Related error in the PegaRules.log with PRPC 6.1 SP2.

Use SendCorr Agent.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
