prpcServiceUtils getStatus incorrect for unlocked ruleset export

Summary
Running an export for an unlocked ruleset and the getStatus method, displays the following,
Error Messages: HTTP/1.1 500
Status: blank
Overall Build: Failed
Return: non zero value
The requirement is for the following,
Error message such as, 'Product has Unlocked RuleSet version…..'
Status: Failed
Build: Successful
Return value: 0

Steps to Reproduce
- Unlock the RuleSet version that must be deployed.
- Execute ./prpcServiceUtilsyour_DEVOPS-35.sh export (the export is queued).
- Fetch the status of the export by executing './prpcServiceUtilsyour_DEVOPS-35.sh getStatus'.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-43542.
