PRServlet url not working when switching to IHS 7.0

Summary



User implemented siteminder for authentication in Pega application. application runs on IHS 8.5 and WAS 8.5. siteminder web agent software is not compatible with IHS 8.5 so user is forced to downgrade to IHS 7.0. After that user noticed that PRServlet url is not loading properly. AJAX calls are failing, as a result of this, user is unable to open any rule or perform an action from Developer portal. 

Error Messages



Unable to update browser requester details: failure on Ajax,
Failure loading keyboard preferences


Steps to Reproduce

  1. Login into Developer Portal when IHS is pointing to 7.0 version

Root Cause



The root cause of this problem is defect/misconfiguration in the operating environment.  below response was sent from webserver/siteminder.



Resolution



This issue is resolved by making the siteminder configuration change to the operating environment.
