SA-90761

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Configure a Channel.
  2. Configure Subscriber.
  3. Configure a Publish-Notifications method in a custom activity.
  4. Execute the custom activity in the application.
  5. Execute the use case in an LDAP environment

Root Cause

An issue in the custom application code or rules: PRServletLDAP1

The PRExternal Authentication type used is depreciated (WebSockets do not work).

Resolution

Perform the following local-change:

Use a server that uses the PRCustom Authentication type.

For example:

Use the /PRWebLDAP2 path that maps to the WebLDAP2 servlet. which is of PRCustom type.

When this servlet is used, the WebSocket initialization occurs correctly.
