Purge Archive is not purging all resolved instances

When running the purge archive tool only a small percentage of the resolved work objects are actually getting purged.

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

Run purge/archive for objects older than x days and see while some instances are purged the majority are not.

Root Cause

An issue in the custom application code or rules. For many of the resolved work objects the pyResolutiontimestamp property has not been set and thus they will not be considered for purge/archive processing.

Perform the following local-change:
  1. Create a custom version of GETARCHIVABLEITEMS and modify it to consider all such records.
  2. To make sure the agent running the scheduled purge/archive picks up the new version of this rule either modify the BATCH requestor's access group or open the Agent Schedule for ServicelevelEvents agent and in security tab, update the Operator Access group.
