pxButton does not function on Chrome 43.0.2357.81 m

Summary
The Pega default button control (pxButton) does not work on Chrome 43.0.2357.81 m browser. The same interface works fine in Chrome 40.0.2214.115 m browser. Other HTML buttons on the form are working as expected.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Drag and drop a Pega default button into a section.
2. In the behavior parameters for the button, select onclick as the event and harness as the action.
3. Select New document as Target and provide the harness details.
4. Run the application in Chrome 43.0.2357.81 m browser to observe the issue.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by HFix-22427.
