pxCommitDateTime is not extacted from BIX extract rule

Summary
While running a BIX Extraction, pxCommitDateTime is not extracted from BIX extract rule. pxCommitDateTime is always Null in the target table.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create an Extract rule.
2. Include pxCommitDateTime column in the Extract Rule. pxCommitDateTime is already a DB column in the target table to which data needs to be extracted.
3. Run the Extract Rule.
Root Cause
pxCommitDateTime is an exposed column and not available in BLOB.
Resolution
Apply HFix-30376.
