(.pxCreateDateTime) is not rendering in section

Summary
When using a report definition containing one of the column as .pxcreatedatetime, as the source for repeat grid in a section.
Date time values are appearing in the filter for date values.

Steps to Reproduce
1.Configure a Report Def to have one column as .pxcreatedatetime.
2.Refer the report definition in a grid layout.
3.Refer the column as .pxCreateDateTime in the section.
4.Make Filter by to Format.
5.In Presentation tab, please data type to 'Date':
Root Cause
1) Filter by values is 'Value'.
2) Section is having time value in the filter when it is displaying date values.
Resolution
Change the filter by value to 'Format' for getting date values in the filter.
For time value in the filter an enhancement request (FDBK-18454), has been created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
