pxDateTime control for Date only is setting date to previous day

When using a pxDateTime control for a Date only capture, with a requestor in BST (GMT+1), the value set in the property is set to 1 day less as it's defaulting the time to 00:00:00.000 and then converting to GMT what is -1 hour, resulting in the final value to be stored as -1day 23:00:00.000.
The fix should be for the control to not do a time conversion when the data capture is for Date only.
