pxSessionTimer Update Not Working WIth External Authentication

Summary
When user logged in as External user from SiteMinder, the Confirm BOX is displaying for pxSessionTimer which is having cancel button.

Steps to Reproduce
Configure pxSessionTimer.
Root Cause
The section containing this was included in top panel of the portal. There is a timing issue between this custom section and OOTB pega_desktop_AppControllerLite js which contains the original desktop_restartTimeoutWarningTimer function. This results in confirm box being shown instead of alert box.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change steps:
- Move this section to center panel of the portal harness.
- Remove window focus from desktop_showTimeoutWarningCUSTOM in custom code.
