pyHasAttachments value incorrect.

Summary
After adding an attachment using the out-of-the-box Add Attachment feature (pyCaseAttachmentsWrapper section), the pyHasAttachments property is unavailable in the pyWorkPage.

- Create a case.
- Attach a file to the case.
Root Cause
The pyHasAttachments property was used for validation. This property must be used internally and is not intended for external usage purpose.
Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:
The pyHasAttachments property is used in a report definition to filter cases with attachments. The pyHasAttachments is not an exposed property due to which it cannot be used in the report definition.
To write a report definition to retrieve all cases with attachments, use an inner join with the Link-Attachment table and retrieve the cases.
