pyLabel column set to NULL when running a campaign

Summary
When running a campaign with Volume Constraint enabled, the pyLabel column in the PR_DATA_IH_DIM_ACTION table is set to NULL.
Running the same Strategy or Offers for a Campaign without Volume Constraints, populates the pyLabel column correctly. Therefore, multiple rows display for the same Offer or Proposition record.

Steps to Reproduce
- Run a campaign with Volume Constraint enabled.
- Inspect the PR_DATA_IH_DIM_ACTION for offers emitted by the Campaign.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Issue in Volume Constraint post processing.
Resolution
Apply HFix-48330.
