PYLABEL limitation (64 characters) issue with Operator ID

Summary
One of the user has his operator ID more than 64 characters and when the user logs into portal to create any case then it throws error.
Error Messages
A Processing Error has occurred.
Object Key
.pyWorkParty(Creator).pyLabel: "Ms [-------------------Operator Full Name--------------]" is too long, maximum length allowed is 64
Steps to Reproduce
Increase Operator Full Name characters more than 64 characters and try to login to the portal.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
pyLabel property which holds the operator full name during work party creation has maximum length set to 64, hence the error.
Resolution
This issue is resolved through the following local-change:
1. Save the Work- • NewDefaults activity in your custom ruleset.
2. Use trim function in the activity step to trim the pyLabel property from the pyWorkPage.pyWorkParty(xxx) page to ensure it is less than 64 chars.
