pyMemo column is empty for WorkObject created before upgrade

Attachments created before upgrade have no pyMemo value set – pulling the records from PC_Link_attachment table shows that they're empty in the exposed column as well.

Check usage of PRPC out-of-the-box activity “Work- •ProcessAttachments”.

Prior to Pega 7, PyMemo column in pc_link_attachment table is not exposed. So, whenever an attachment is created, pyMemo gets saved in BLOB column. Upon upgraded to Pega 7.1.6, pyMemo has become exposed column. So, for the cases created before upgrade, pyMemo is present in BLOB but not in the exposed column.

Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce

1) Open a dispute case created before upgrade.
2) Go to attachments & History section. Attachment name is missing.

Root Cause

pyMemo column is not exposed in lower version of PPRC, however, this has become an exposed column in PRPC 7.1. Due to this, work object created earlier has got the exposed column as empty.
