Summary

pyReportBrowserInner7 is marked as "Final" in UI-Kit 01-01-01 and therefore cannot be customized.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Perform a Save As of pyReportBrowserInner7 to a custom ruleset version.
2. The save is not permitted due to the rule having availability of "Final".

Root Cause

You cannot specialize the portal due to the rule availability being marked as "Final" which although is an expected behavior, gives the customization issue. 

Resolution

In Pega 7.1.6, copy the UI-Kit ruleset to your own version through the refactoring tools where you will then be able to check-out and edit.

From Pega 7.1.7, the rule is withdrawn from the UI-Kit ruleset and is available in the Pega Reporting ruleset to allow customization.
