pyTagCloud does not render any tags

Summary
Opening pxTagCloudViewGadget shows a pop-up error "Unable to open an instance using the given inputs: pxObjClass = "Rule-Obj-Report-Definition", pyClassName = "", pyStreamName = "" . The tag cloud gadget shows "Cannot render @baseclass.pxTagCloudInit". When run or included in a section, it does not render any tags.

Steps to Reproduce
1) Open pxTagCloudViewGadget
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
Resolution
This issue is scheduled to be resolved in Pega 7.1.7.
