pyUIActive does not update correctly when NBA intent is launched

Summary
Launching an intent from NextBestAction (NBA) in the CPMInteraction Portal, points to the previous work object thread in the clipboard. However, the same appears correctly in the UI.

Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the system and launch the Interaction portal.
- Create a new interaction and launch an intent from the NBA area.
- Go to the clipboard. The pyUIActive thread points to the previous work object instead of the newly launched intent.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
The 'Declare_pyDisplay.pyDisplay(CPMInteractionPortal).pyUIActive(1)' clipboard page was not updated correctly and contained the previous work object data. Also, the pyIsActive property of the currently launched intent was not set correctly (that is, it was set to 'false', though that intent was active in the Interaction portal).
Resolution
Apply HFix-36946.
