pyWorkPage is deleted when launching a harness as a popup

Summary
In the Perform harness, an icon or a button is configured to launch a harness as a popup. On clicking the harness, the pyWorkPage is deleted. This occurs post upgrading Pega Platform 7.3 to Pega Platform 8.1.3.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a button to launch the harness as a popup.
- Click the button at runtime. The pyWorkPage is deleted.
Root Cause
Every desktop action (such as, create new work, open assignment etc.) deletes the user pages of earlier desktop actions. This behavior is introduced in Pega Platform 8.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
- Add an action.
- Apply a data transform before the Harness call.
- Set the pyRetainPage flag to true.
