Summary

User reported that when they are reaching on a particular assignment of their flow , only one flow action is appearing and other action is not displaying any other option ( like Refresh or Cancel ). They are using a pzActionDropdown control along with pyActionArea to display a dropdown menu, but no dropdown menu is displayed at runtime.

Steps to Reproduce

1) Open a section with a pzActionDropdown control as an end user.

ROOT CAUSE &

Resolution

The root cause of this problem is a defect in customer application code/rules. 

pzActionDropdown is an internal control and is intended to work for pyActionArea and control behavior is driven by the parameters configured for pyActionArea section include. 
User has configured pyActionArea with the 'Display Action as' param = menu which was not displaying the dropdown.

This issue is resolved through the following local change:
Changing the 'Display Action as' param = Dropdown.
