pzGetVBDService function gives error
SA-42776
Summary
Unable to run campaigns because the LoadOfferInteractionStatistics activity (PegaMKT-Engine:07-21-01) is giving error. When adding debug logs to this activity, the very first statement is throwing the error: com.pega.decision.vbd.service.VBDService service = pega_decisionengine_vbd.pzGetVBDService(tools);

Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.
Resolution
VBD node was not listed in the Decision landing page & was manually added.
