pzProgressBar throws parse error in Pega 7.1.9

Summary



Using control pzProgressBar with an integer property in a section which executed, the pzProgressBar control throws "parsererror" which results in a popup to end user. 

Error Messages



parseerror – Prevent this page from creating additional dialogs.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create an integer property and specify the control as pzProgressBar .
  2. Include this in a section.
  3. Create corresponding flow action rule. Include it in a flow rule.
  4. Execute the flow rule. Observe the error.


Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.

Resolution



Apply HFix-25297.
