pzProgressBar throws parse error in Pega 7.1.9

Summary
Using control pzProgressBar with an integer property in a section which executed, the pzProgressBar control throws "parsererror" which results in a popup to end user.
Error Messages
parseerror – Prevent this page from creating additional dialogs.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create an integer property and specify the control as pzProgressBar .
- Include this in a section.
- Create corresponding flow action rule. Include it in a flow rule.
- Execute the flow rule. Observe the error.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-25297.
