Query on restarting JVM after changing queue name in MQ Listener

Does the JVM need to be restarted after the queue name is changed on the Connect-MQ Rule for the Listener to process messages from the queue?

Modifying entries in the Connect-MQ rule does not require the JVM to be restarted for Listener to process the queue messages. If this behavior is observed, add DEBUG to "" class to debug information in the PegaRULES logs.
