Quick search not showing work status for some cases



While using the Quick search feature, for some work items, the work status is missing in the search result grid.

Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce

Search for a number of work objects using the search bar on the top right. Cases with the "Post-Approval" status do not show any status.

Root Cause

A software use or operation error.  It is found that there was a field-value rule for "Post-Approval" with an empty translation value.


Perform the following local-change:

Provide a translation value for the "Post-Approval" field-value rule to resolve the issue.
