Radio Button Labels are not announced by JAWS

Summary



Customer is using Radio button control and noticed the labels are not read by Job Access With Speech (JAWS) reader.

Error Messages



None.


Steps to Reproduce



1. Configure Radio buttons in a section
2. Load the section in a WO
3. Read it using JAWS while tabbing through the controls.


Root Cause



The observed behavior is expected of JAWS when in forms mode. JAWS reader switches to forms mode while tabbing.

Resolution



Use "Up" and "down" arrow keys to navigate the screen to ensure JAWS is in screen reader mode.  All labels are read when using this mode.
