Radio button works only for 1st section of dynamic layout group

Summary
The radio button works only for the first section of the dynamic layout group while all the other sections are disabled.
Below is the environment used,
Pega version: Pega-7.4.0-185
ServerInfo: JBoss EAP 7.1.0GA
Operating Sustem: Linux 3.10.0
Java version: 1.8.0_151
Database: PostgreSQL 9.6.8

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a property and select page list as the type.
- Add a True/False property (UI control: pxRadioButtons) to the class defined as a page definition in Step 1.
- Create a section.
- Add a dynamic layout group and set the page list as property. Verify the section in the Case manager. The radio button works only for the first section of the dynamic layout group.
Root Cause
Duplicate IDs were created by considering only the property name. The full reference must be considered to generate IDs for attributes.
Resolution
Apply HFix-47483.
