Radio buttons do not display on a Windows 10 system.

Steps to Reproduce
- Add radio button controls in a section.
- Access the application on a touch screen laptop.
Root Cause
For some screen resolutions, the Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) for radio buttons is hidden from the Pega skin. Since the resolution for a touch screen laptop is small, the CSS for the phone is retrieved.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Add the below code in the UserWorkForm which covers all the three resolutions (Phone, tablet, and desktop):

}
</style>
