Radio buttons focus on first option on refresh

Summary
User has a radio button control in a repeating layout. On click, user wants to refresh the current section and retain the current selected radio button option as focus. On refresh, the focus is changed to the first radio button no matter what button is selected.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a section with radio buttons in a repeating layout.
- Set an "on-click: refresh current section" action.
- Run the section and click the radio button.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-24333.
