Radio buttons in section embedded in grid have non-unique ID's

When a radio button control is included in a section which is included in a repeat grid, the top row radio button is selected instead of the row that was actually clicked.

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a section with radio buttons - configure the control to always be editable.
  2. Embed that section in a repeat grid row.
  3. Click on any radio button not in the first row.

Root Cause

The radio buttons ID and its respective label for attributes are not unique so, when the refresh section happens, the dynamic repeat index from parent section is not passed to inner section. The inner section never knows the parent section has a repeating dynamic layout, so the index is not carried forward to the control markup.
