Radiobutton labels localizing if localized checbox is unchecked

Summary



User have unchecked Localized check box in the section rule, still some of Radio button labels are localizing.


Steps to Reproduce



a) Login to PRPC 6.2 SP 2 
b) Create a Section and Use RadioButtons 
c) Localize the RadioButtons labels using FieldValue pyCaption 
d) Check the localize checkbox at section level and Harness level 
e) Observed that RadioButtons labels got localized 
f) Now Uncheck the localize checkbox at section level 
g) Observed that RadioButtons labels got unlocalized

Root Cause



The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules. 
In RadioButtons control, label has been localized without taking note of localization checkbox checked at section level.


Resolution



This issue is resolved by hotfix item: hfix-21409

In this hotfix item,we are passing the Section's 'Localize' checkbox selection status to the non-autogenerated controls, And before localizing checking the 'Localize' checkbox status and applying localization accordingly.
