Radiobutton values from data page not showing for offline mobile

Summary
The user has a section with a radio buttons property that is sourced through a parameterized data page. At runtime on a desktop browser, all radio button options are displayed. When we do the same on a mobile app, all radio buttons are not displayed. Also, the values for the ones showing are blank.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a property with radio buttons control.
- In the List source section, specify a data page with parameters.
- Test this configuration on a desktop browser and mobile app.
Root Cause
The paramterized data page was being sourced by an parameterized activity which will not work in offline mobile.
Resolution
Define a custom populator function when you use parameterized datapage for offline mobile.
