Radiobuttons in dynamic repeating break if pyIsUITemplatized on

Summary
A ‘radio button’ field exists in each of the records/rows of a dynamic repeating layout. When selecting a radio button for second row, it always updates the corresponding radio button on the first row.
This happens only when pyIsUITemplatized rule evaluates to true.

Steps to Reproduce
Create 2 records in ‘Dynamic Repeating Layout’.
First record has a label of 'A B'. Second record has a label of 'C D'. And each of these records have a 'radio button' field.
Root Cause
Existing bug in Pega 7.3
Resolution
This is fixed in latest Pega 7.3.1. This issue will be resolved by upgrading from Pega 7.3 to Pega 7.3.1.
