Create a new user story.
Root Cause
A software use or operation error.
Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:
If the user story is added using the below methods, the New User Story rank is immediately after the user story on which the focus is present in the grid. That is, if the user has the focus on one of the rows and attempts to create a user story using the below methods, the new user story is added after it. The rank continues after the focused user story and the rest of the user story's ranks are adjusted.
Method1:
Add user story using the menu at the end of each row of the user story table.
Method2:
Add New User Story from the Add menu in the grid header.
Perform the following local-change to add the created user story at the end of the table with the highest rank number:
- Ensure the focus is on the correct row in the table.
- Add the user story (or) add the user story using the '+' icon menu.
