Summary

After applying HFix-22306, the user expects to see the below question only for RC-2430 CC-2b.

"Did the Cardholder receive the merchandise or services late?"

But it is not visible on screen. The user still sees the old question:

"Were the merchandise or services not received by the agreed date?"

Furthermore,  the question "Was the merchandise returned?" should be a secondary question and conditional. However, it is currently displayed irrespective of the primary question selection.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select RC-2430 and CC-2b
2. On the questionnaire screen, look for the new question "Did the Cardholder receive the merchandise late?"

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. 
Question text for the property "MerchandiseNotReceivedByDateInd"is changed to "Did the Cardholder receive the merchandise late?"

Question "Was the merchandise returned?" is added as secondary question if MerchandiseNotReceivedByDateInd is selected as ‘Yes’.

Resolution

Apply HFix-23782.
