RC 30-2 Return Method information is missing in VROL

Summary
After applying HFix-10165, there are problems with Reason Code (RC) 32-2:
1. Each ancillary question needs to be dynamic and should only appear once the applicable selection is made for the previous AQ (as shown below)
a. The ancillary question "Was the merchandise returned?" should be presented once the value of 'Yes' <true> is selected for the ancillary question "Merchandise/Services not received by agreed date" AND
b. The ancillary question "Return Method:" should be presented once 'Yes' <Y> is selected for the ancillary question '"Was the merchandise returned?" AND
c. The ancillary question "Other Method:" should be presented once the value of 'Other' <F> is selected for the ancillary question "Return Method:"
d. The appropriate XMLs must also be reflected:
Merchandise/Services not received by agreed date = <MerchandiseNotReceivedByDateInd>
Was the merchandise returned? = <MerchandiseReturnedCode>
Return Method: = <ReturnMethodDesc>
Other Method: = <OtherMethodDesc>
2. Make ancillary question "Merchandise/Services not received by agreed date" mandatory 'Yes' <true> field
a. Again the appropriate XMLs must be reflected for each AQ"
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by HFix-22925.
