Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.

The code changes should be done in the HTMLs and < AncQ63>. The code changes are in the java script functions.
The When Rule < When105No> should be changed to avoid the case to pend as per the requirement.

 HFix-21545 resolves this.
