RC 4840 No case pend if cardholder letter is present

Summary



On answering question "Has the account been closed?" as "No". The message for case to pend should not be available if the cardholder letters is present.

Steps to Reproduce



Goto choose reason code and choose 4840
Ans first questiom and ans Has the account been closed?


Root Cause



The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules. 

The code changes should be done in the HTMLs and < AncQ63>. The code changes are in the java script functions.
The When Rule < When105No> should be changed to avoid the case to pend as per the requirement.

Resolution


 HFix-21545 resolves this.
