RC 4841-Description and MMT incorrect

Summary
You are using Smart Dispute for Issuers 15.1, and require the following changes:
- The description of this Reason Code is modified from ‘Cancelled Recurring Transaction’ to ‘Cancelled Recurring and Digital Goods Transactions’.
- A new condition code 4 ‘Digital Goods’ is being added to reason code 4841 with the following attributes:
> Documents: None – No EBDR
> Member Message Text (MMT): DIGITAL GOODS for single transaction. For multiple transactions charged back using a single chargeback record [as determined by answer and inputs to ancillary question, ‘Are multiple transactions being charged back?’ <MultipleTxnCBInd>]: DIGITAL GOODS NNN

Use Reason Code 4841.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
Resolution
This is resolved by HFix-21882.
