RC 53 Condition Codes do not match the Visa ones

When using the RCA for RC53, the Condition Codes in the dropdown do not match the CC numbers used by Visa.

Steps to Reproduce
Select RC53 in the RCA.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The Condition Codes provided by Pega differ from those in the Visa Guidelines for RC53.
Resolution
Apply HFix-23710.
