RC 80 1a: Transaction Amount MMT lacks decimal

Summary
When processing an auto chargeback on PRPC 5.4 for Reason Code 80 1a the TRAN AMT value in the Member Message Text does not display with a decimal point.
With the Hot Fix the TRAN AMT value is referring to property ‘ReceiptAmt’.
Before changes, this was referring to ‘TranAmount40’. This old property’s type was ‘decimal’, however the new property is defined as Text.
Error Messages
Not Applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
Create a new Claim and process a chargeback. The TRAN AMT should be 5.00 with 2 decimals. However decimals are missing.
Root Cause
The TRAN AMT MMT value was referring to a property 'ReceiptAmt' whose property type was "Text".
Resolution
Apply HFix-26843
Changes with the hotfix: "TRAN AMT MMT value is referring to property "ReceiptAmt" whose property type now is "Decimal" and also contains qualifier "pyDecimalPrecision" for setting the decimal value.
