RC4513, Chargeback wait period should be 15 days



For RC#4513 , Chargeback wait period should be 15 days, but it is showing 30 days.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a Dispute
  2. Select RC#4513 and submit the case
  3. Set the current date for "Date of the S/E's Written Acknowledgement of Credit Due" question in the Answer Ancillary Questions screen
  4. Answer other mandatory questions and Submit the case

The case goes to waiting condition stating it should wait for 30 days.

Root Cause

(1) Update the activity "Delay30Days4513" in "ChargebackDelay4513" flow.

From the current pending of 30 days, change the pending time frame to 15 days.
The pending time frame is 15 days from the date mentioned by user to the AQ "Date of the S/E's Written Acknowledgement of Credit Due". This value is held in the property 'SEChargebackAuthDate5'.

(2) Update the activity name "Delay30Days4513" to "Delay15Days4513".

(3) Update the flow "ChargebackDelay4513" to 15 days from the current 30 days.


 HFix-10066 resolves the issue.
