Reason code 53, condition code 1, Did the Cardholder attempt to resolve with the Merchant? question should be required, but it is not.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a Visa dispute with reason code 53, condition code 1.
  2. Click Submit without answering the question.

Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules: Validation was not correct.

Resolution



Apply HFix-21332.
