Read-only text inputs change to editable after browser refresh



All text input fields have the Edit option set to Auto. However, on the UI, they display as read-only and change to editable after the browser screen is refreshed (using F5). This occurs after updating Pega Platform 8.1.3 to Pega Platform 8.1.6.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open the SalesRep portal
  2. Select Contacts from the left navigation Menu.
  3. Select any contact from the list of Contacts.
  4. On the Contact Details screen, refresh the browser (F5).

Root Cause

Read-only parameter was not passed on page refresh.


Update to Pega Platform 8.1.7.
