Reason code 30 (CC1-a and 1-b) documentation generation issue

Summary
The reason code 30 (CC1-a and 1-b) has document indicator as 0 and does not list any document to be generated as part of the reason code rule in the chargeback process.
Visa requires a questionnaire document to be generated in this scenario as per their documentation. Hence document indicator should be 1 and it should also generate a questionnaire document as part of the Chargeback process.

Steps to Reproduce
Resolve a dispute for Reason Code 30, CC1-a or 1-b, and notice that the document indicator is 0 when it should be 1.
Note that the required document is not generated.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-31285.
