Summary

Reason code 30 (RC 30-1)  is showing past time for processing before entering a date of expected services.
This reason code time frame is calculated from the date the services / merchandise was expected not from the CPD.

Expected Receipt date is entered in Ancillary Ques screen which comes after timeframe processing.

Steps to Reproduce

Go To reason Code Screen.
Select RC 30-1
If the Central Processing Date is past 120 from transaction date, the timeframe expires.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code / rules. 

When condition on Section layout holding the field ‘Date of Expected Receipt’ is updated to display the field on the initial load of the Reason Code screen.

Resolution

Hotfix Item HFix-20846​ resolves the issue.
