The reason code untimely screens vary for VISA and MC flows



The Disregard untimely flow action varies between the Visa and MasterCard (MC) flows. For some of the Visa or MC flows, one must navigate to Other Actions menu, select the Disregard Untimely action to ignore the timeliness, and continue with the Reason code and to Chargeback. For the other association flows, the system displays the untimely message, provides Is this a special case and do you want to ingore the Timeframes and Proceed to Chargeback radio button option. Ignore Timeliness and continue with Chargeback after selecting Yes.

Since this is a common functionality the screens should not vary from Visa and MC.
