Rebuild pr_operators_index table
SA-11502
Summary
You notice that the pr_operator_index table contains outdated data. You need to rebuild this index table.
Resolution
As per the Help file about Declare Index Rules (see https://pdn.pega.com/sites/default/files/help_v71/procomhelpmain.htm#rule-/rule-declare-/rule-declare-index/related.htm) it is possible to perform a re-index on an Index- class instance using the prpcUtils script. An explicit section is copied below for reference:
Reindexing with the expose option of the prpcUtils command line facility
System administrators can recompute Index- instances for some or all instances of the underlying class using the expose option of the prpcUtils scripts: prpcUtils.bat for Windows or prpcUtils.sh for UNIX/Linux systems. You can set the expose.reindex property even when no database columns need to be populated. See Working with the PegaRULES database — Using the Column Populator utility.”
Follow the steps in the “Working with the PegaRULES database — Using the Database Column Populator utility” Help topic at https://pdn.pega.com/sites/default/files/help_v71/database/database2/databasecolumnpopulator.htm to run the procedure. In order to re-build the pr_operators_index table and in addition to the specific DB config within the prpcUtils.properties file, ensure that the section “SETTINGS FOR EXPOSE TOOL” in this file is updated to include the following property and values:
Property - Value
expose.classes.included - Data-Admin-Operator-ID
expose.reindex - true
