Recurring Log error around .pxLPTitle

Summary
Users have installed PegaSurvey 7.21, CMA 7.21, CSHC 7.21, HCIF 7.22 in their system. When the users work in the Harness to list, sort or open questions, they see a lot of errors occurring in the log.

Steps to Reproduce
- Install PegaSurvey 7.21, CMA 7.21, CSHC 7.21, HCIF 7.2 on Pega 7.2.1 platform.
- Go to the Questions or QuestionPage inventory for Surveys/assessments and list, sort, open questions, etc. Working in the Harness.
- System is slow and errors appear in the logs.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The pxLPTitle is causing the FormMarkerError when Question Page is being displayed.
Resolution
Apply HFix-33687.
