Red X/Image is not displayed on repeating tabs

Summary
When a server side validation message (Obj-Validate or Property-Set-Message) is associated with any field residing under a tab, a Red X/Image/Full error text would be associated with the field and the expectation is, respective tab holding the field should also have a Red X/Image. This is not the case is Repeating Tab Layout.
Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a tabbed repeat layout having a field under the tab (Say, pyNote)
2. Have a post flow action activity which can do a obj-validate and validate rule should fire a message on "pyNote" which is in page list associated with above mentioned repeating tabbed layout.
3. Observe that a RedX/Image is associated with the field as shown in attached document but not on the tab.
Root Cause
Displaying error icon on repeating tabs is not implemented in Pega 7.1.6.
Resolution
This issue is scheduled to be resolved in Pega 7.1.9.
