Referencing Rules Window shows blank page

Summary
In the PegaRULES developement environment, the Referencing rules window shows blank always.
This is impacting development activities (unable to work on the project related activities).
Error Messages
N/A
Steps to Reproduce
- On any Rule Form, Click on "Related Rules"
- Next, Click on "Referencing Rules" from the List
- Nothing is displayed. An empty window shows.
Root Cause
Suspected to be issue issue related to Flash on the User's Laptop
Resolution
Issue resolved after upgrading user's flash player.
