Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a section.
2. Add a dynamic layout to the section.
3. Add a property with an autocomplete control in the dynamic layout.
4. Add a Refresh When condition on the dynamic layout for the property.
5. Manually enter a value in the autocomplete (without selecting the suggested values). The refresh condition does not initiate. However, the condition initiates on manually selecting one of the values in the autocomplete list.
