Refresh event trigger freezes the Home tab



When a section is in focus on the Home tab and a refresh event is triggered, the busy indicator displays continuously and the section freezes.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Configure a section in the Home tab with a refresh event.
  2. Launch the custom Interaction Portal.
  3. Set the focus on the configured section.

Root Cause

An issue in the custom application code or rules. The refresh condition references the datetime property, that does not align to /support the expected True or False values needed for an expression.


Perform the following local-change:

Update the Refresh When condition to add Changes after the datetime property of interest.
